Tray icons on form?

Is it possible to show active tray icons on a form or some such thing in delphi?

I neeed it becouse of this and if someone knows i would be gratefull.

ok i get an error when starting it on vista,just when i click on it.

Running it on xp and there doesn't happen anything. What's it supposed to do? Drawing the Tray Icons somewhere?
