CSIDL & Windows 7

hallo zusammen...

in unserer firmal soll demnächst auf windows 7 umgestellt werden...
im moment bin ich dabei meine programme zu testen...

in einigen programmen less ich mir CSIDL pfade aus um dateien abspeichern zu können...

1. Frage
in dem msdn artikel zu CSIDL wird darauf hingewiesen das man unter vista die KNOWNFOLDERIDs nehmen soll... gilt das auch für windows 7?

wenn ich mir auf meinem windows 7 rechner die CSIDL ID "CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA" auslesen lasse lande ich im ordner "C:\ProgramData\" ist das korrekt? gibt es das verzeichnis "C:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\ApplicationData" nicht mehr?

wenn das so ist, dann hab ich natürlich keine probleme... ich war mir nur nicht sicher ob der pfad korrekt ist...
gibt es von windows eine aufstellung welchen pfad man unter windows 7 für welche csidl erhalten sollte?

wie sollte man denn dann am besten unter windows 7 die system pfade abfragen?
über csidl's oder über die knownfolderid's ???
