Delphi 27th Anniversary and WinUI 3 Demo

Yesterday's Delphi 27th anniversary webinar was largely attended and very enjoyable, I think the recording will be available soon. As part of the anniversary, Embarcadero released some material and demos (also discussed in the webinar). Here is a quick summary, including notable blog posts:
