it's in Rave7 unchanged, but I think it's "as designed" and not a bug ....
the memos were designed to strech only within databands and if you insert the memo direct into the band (not in a section) it works fine (in Rave 5 or 6, too)
the one has a parent of the band and the other of the section so it would need to stretch both the section and the parent band.
