ich nutzte D5 und habe nun SourceCode gefunden wo "UpdateLayeredWindow" benutzt wird... nur kennt mein Delphi das nicht?!
Wo finde ich diese Function?

diese Funktion ist in Deinem Delphi noch nicht definiert. Das musst Du selbst machen:
