Du musst immer noch den Vertrag akzeptieren, wenn du die Ribbons nutzen willst. Und im FAQ zu dem Vertrag steht immer noch:

Wobei ich aber den Eindruck habe, dass sich MS selbst widerspricht. Denn in der MSDN heißt es:
