Delphi 10.4.2 RTL Patch

This patch addresses an issue with exception handling in 10.4.2. 

It complements the RAD Studio 10.4.2 General Patch. Installing this patch is recommended for all Delphi 10.4.2 customers.

Installation

Recommended: Install the patch via GetIt. It will back up the files it replaces.

Alternate: You can download this patch via the my.embarcadero.com download portal. If you do, to install, first back up and then copy the contents of the ZIP file into the respective subfolders of the RAD Studio installation folder.
