Bei Delphi mitgelieferte Glyfx-Icons: openSource verwendbar?

ih besitze die Personal Edition von Delphi 2005. Da Borland auch bei dieser Version die "GlyFX Icons Borland Version" mitliefert, stellt sich bei mir nun die Frage, ob ich diese Icons auch in OpenSource-Applikationen mitliefern kann.

Laut diesem Absatz darf ichs ja.

So. hmm wenn ich die Icons in den unterordner GFX meines OpenSource-Projektes reinpacke, is dass dann legal oder nicht?

Ich weiss ihr dürft keine aussagen machen, dass darf nur ein anwalt etc.. aber könnte ja sein dass der eine oder andere sich damit schonmal auseinandergesetzt hat bzw. das gleiche oder ein ähnliches problem gehabt hat...
